Before meeting: finish long-list of proposals. Add your ideas to the wiki or they don't count!

At start of meeting: I will make a round asking everyone: what are the top-2 things you find important in a project? What is your current top-2 of proposals that you have heard about?

In meeting: create a shortlist of concrete project proposals.

Week 27:

Before meeting: discuss propsals on irc.

At start of meeting: Observe that consensus has been reached or vote on project proposals.

In meeting: divide sub-projects and make a planning.
